Shipping & Order Processing

Shatila Food Products ships throughout the United States using FedEx as our third party shipping carrier.

Orders are only shipped nationwide Monday through Friday. We do not ship nationwide on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Orders placed will be shipped out the following shipping day (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed on Friday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.

Nationwide Shipping Policies

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shatila is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or re-labeling for FedEx.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. FedEx may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.

Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

Order Pick-Up

Orders may be picked up at Shatila Bakery located at 14300 W Warren Ave, Dearborn MI 48126. Please call (313) 582-1952 to place a pickup order.

Guaranteed Freshness

All products are baked fresh daily. Our products are shipped in secure packaging to ensure freshness and minimize damage in transit.

All deliveries containing cream or cheese are shipped by overnight service and packaged with dry ice to ensure the freshness of products during transit.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, Shatila Food Products does not accept returns.

There are no returns or exchanges.

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your Shatila experience.

Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled within 48 hours of the ship date. For order modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team at (313) 934-1520. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
